April Pinch-Keeler

President & CEO

April Pinch-Keeler has worked with MVLE, Inc. for nearly three decades, currently serving as President & CEO.

April has been a dedicated advocate for individuals with disabilities for her entire career. Her passion for service led her to complete a Master’s Certificate Program in research development and independent living. April is recognized as a thought leader and champion in her field.

April was recognized as the 2018 Business Person of the Year by the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce. She served as President for The Virginia Association of Community Rehabilitation Programs (VaACCSES) and works to keep public policy in the forefront to assert the civil rights of all people, regardless of ability, to employment and community services. In 2017, the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce recognized MVLE, Inc. in 2017 as a Nonprofit of the Year nominee and in 2018 as a Community Impact Innovator of the Year nominee.

In 2014, April was recognized by Northrop Grumman Corporation at their annual World Class Special Recognition Awards. In 2009, former Speaker of the House and General Chairman of American Solutions, Newt Gingrich, honored April as American Solutions’ Entrepreneur of the Year from the State of Virginia.
